    Who Rescued Who Began with Dolly

    Overbred. Unloved. Discarded. In 2019, Dolly was rescued–fragile, unsure, and searching for safety. What no one expected– was that she was the one doing the rescuing. Dolly did not just find a home, she found her person. She became a best friend. A trusted companion. A quiet confidant on long days and new dreams. She became family and changed the life of our founder, Monica Wood. Because when you rescue an animal – they restore your faith. They heal your heart. they remind you how to love without conditions.

    In 2025 alone, nearly 6 millio animals entered U.S. Shelters. Many will never make it home.
